Our Founders: Abba & Trish Wright

• Abba Blade: Hailing from Kingston, Jamaica, Abba's culinary journey started in his mother’s kitchen, where he learned to prepare classic Caribbean dishes such as his famous oxtails, jerk chicken, and curry goat. His expertise and passion for authentic flavors make every dish a true representation of Jamaican cuisine.

• Trish Wright: Born and raised in Columbus, Trish brings the warmth of Southern cooking to the table, influenced by her grandmother's recipes. Her offerings include staples like macaroni n' cheese, collard greens, and banana pudding, each dish carrying the essence of Southern hospitality and tradition.
