About Trish & Abba.

 

Abba is from Kingston, Jamaican and he learned at a young age from his mother how to cook his authentic Caribbean dishes such as his famous oxtails, jerk chicken and curry goat. I am born and raised here in Columbus and my grandmother taught me how to cook dishes that are staples in southern cuisine that I offered to our food business such as macaroni n' cheese, collard greens and banana pudding.

 

Our passion for cooking helped us have a thriving business that had many, many repeat customers. To date, we still get stopped on the street with requests for oxtails.

 

Taste of Kingston is a family-owned and operated business and we were overjoyed to be able to hire our family to assist us in the day-to-day operations of our food business.
