• HSA/FSA Cards: Accepted with Letter of Medical Necessity (LMN) when required by your plan

• ACH/Invoice: For doula partners, employers, and bulk orders

• Gift Orders: Buy a plan for a new parent (we’ll send a gift message)

• Subscription Billing: Weekly recurring meal plans available (pause/skip anytime)

Using HSA/FSA for Postpartum Meals

• Many plans reimburse postpartum meals when medically necessary.

• Ask your clinician (OB/GYN, midwife, NP) for a Letter of Medical Necessity stating that postpartum meals support recovery and nutrition.

• At checkout: pay with your HSA/FSA card or pay with a regular card and submit our itemized receipt plus your LMN to your plan for reimbursement.

• We provide: Business info, NPI (upon request), itemized dates/meal plan details on receipts.

Billing & Policies

• Order deadline: Thursdays for Sunday delivery

• Delivery window: Sundays 3–6 PM (Pickup 1–3 PM)

• Delivery fee: Shown at checkout based on location

• Cancellations: Full refund if canceled before Thursday 5 PM; after that, ingredients are procured and a partial credit may apply

• Allergies: Note at checkout; we label common allergens but cannot guarantee an allergen-free kitchen
