\\ ADMISSION
Admission is ticketed for adults and older children. Children 10 years or under is free.
\\FESTIVAL TIMES
The Columbus Caribbean Festival begins at 11:00am on SATURDAY September 3, 2022 and ends at 10:00pm. SUNDAY September 4, 2022 times are 11:00am to 10:00pm
\\TRAVEL
The location where The Columbus Caribbean Festival will be held is FRANKLIN COUNTY FAIRGROUNDS . The adress is 4100 Columbia St, Hilliard, OH 43026.
// SERVICE
Please check with the host hotel for shuttles to and from The Columbus Caribbean Festival.
\\PETS
Pets are allowed at The Columbus Caribbean Festival. However, they must be on a leash at all times and you must clean up after your pet or you will be asked to leave the festival grounds.
\\ATMS
There will be no ATM's on site for The Columbus Caribbean Festival. However, all vendors accept both cash and major credit cards. We recommend using cashless options this year.
\\PARKING
There are several parking options throughout FRANKLIN COUNTY FAIRGROUNDS. There is a $5 parking fee.
\\ENTRY & SECURITY
Attendees may enter the festival grounds using the GATE 5 into the fairgrounds.
\\ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES
Carry in alcohol beverages are prohibited. However, alcoholic beverages will be available for purchase.
\\WEATHER
The Columbus Caribbean Festival is a rain or shine event.
\\THESE ITEMS ARE ALLOWED
Festival attendees are allowed to bring a chairs, and lawn chairs. For security concerns, all bags will be searched and can be confiscated by the Hillard Police Department.
Please no picnic baskets or coolers.

\\THESE ITEMS ARE PROHIBITED

The following are NOT PERMITTED on festival grounds:NO carry-in alcohol, NO glass bottles or any glass containers, NO unauthorized vending, handbills, petitioning or solicitation, NO grilling or cooking, NO camp fires, and NO illegal weapons, NO portable stereos, NO recording devices, NO laser pointers, NO mega phones, NO amplification of any kind.

Skateboards, hover boards, and all motorized vehicles are not permitted on festival grounds. Bicycles must be walked through the event and parked on the perimeter of festival grounds.

No person shall use any form of tobacco within the created zones in city parks and facilities including the restrooms, playgrounds, and spectator and concession areas.

No littering. Trash receptacles will be located throughout the event. Please recycle in provided bins located in all stage seating areas and at beverage locations. Glass is not permitted in recycling containers.
