Rising: BUCKS BOYCOTT FOR JACOB BLAKE

After Jacob Blake was shot in the back seven times by one Kenosha police officer, he remains stable and in critical condition. What we have witnessed yet again is another violent incident at the hands of a cop with malevolent intentions.

The Milwaukee Bucks boycotted their Game 5 matchup with the Orlando Magic and the NBA postponed the remainder of the games for this evening.

An already tense environment within the bubble just became airtight as many players feel suffocated by police abuse of power amongst other things.

As Milwaukee decided to stage a walk-out after their warmups, they addressed the media with specific concerns from Wisconsin governor and legislators. After months of inactivity, the organization will patiently await accountability, education and awareness on behalf of the state of Wisconsin.

"When we take the court and represent Milwaukee and Wisconsin, we are expected to play at a high level, give maximum effort and hold each other accountable. We hold ourselves to that standard, and in this moment, we are demanding the same from our lawmakers and law enforcement." (NBA)

Stay tuned as this story continues to develop.
